Tokusetsu Fusetsukan
About Tokusetsu-fusetsukan
The IJN called converted minelayers "Tokusetsu-fusetsukan". Their task was to lay mines. Nine merchant ships were designated as Tokusetsu-fusetsukan between 1937 and 1945, but the outfit works of "Koryu Maru" was not completed before the end of the war.
